A project that reflects our dedication to exceptional design across diverse project types, the Greta Apartments was completed in 2023. Situated in Seattle's dynamic University District, the recently completed Greta Apartments comprises 33 Small Efficiency Dwelling Units (SEDUs) and serves as a testament to our commitment to innovative and community-centric design. The project, initiated in 2018 alongside its sister development Graceland, prioritized adherence to municipal codes and focused on delivering a unique living experience. Greta stands out with its distinctive material palette, commercial ambiance, street-facing lobby, and a well-designed small courtyard that fosters community engagement. Noteworthy features include high-quality materials like natural finished Minerit and black stained cedar siding, creating a visually striking facade. The intentional layout emphasizes natural light and privacy, with most apartments designed as corner units to maximize daylight access and minimize privacy concerns. Greta Apartments sets a new standard in urban living, showcasing B9 Architects' commitment to excellence in design and community-oriented development.
